French kitchenware manufacturer SEB has revised its annual sales and profit forecasts downward for 2025, citing weaker-than-expected demand in Europe and the United States. The company now anticipates an operating profit between €550 million and €600 million, down from a previous forecast of €700 million to €750 million. Consumer confidence in the Eurozone, particularly in France, has hit a two-year low, significantly affecting SEB’s performance. Despite positive sales in Asia and South America, they have not been sufficient to offset declines in Europe and the U.S.
